Nicole Richie passed out at early Sunday morning in Hollywood nightclub, sources tell TMZ. Richie reportedly fell to the floor around 2 a.m. at Hyde nightclub. Sources say an employee offered to call 911 but friends said they would take Richie to the hospital. No word on if she ever made it there. Richie’s rep tells TMZ Nicole was at Hyde for approximately 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed.
