What will Bill Clinton do after his term as President of the United States is over? Host a talk show, naturally!
According to the Drudge Report’s “well-placed source,” the show would be “an interview show in the great tradition of David Frost.”
A spokeswoman for the White House does not confirm or deny the report, saying only that “the president’s future plans are not confirmed yet.”
However, NBC spokeswoman Shirley Powell says the network has been pitched the idea, and they are talking about it. “We love the idea of Bill Clinton on television, and we’ve had some initial conversations about it,” Powell says.
