THE ENQUIRER dropped a worldwide explosive bombshell May 6, 2009 reporting online and in print that the Oscar-winning star’s sexy Russian girlfriend, 39-year-old Oksana Grigorieva, was pregnant with his love child.
The 53-year-old actor – whose wife Robyn filed for divorce on April 9 — broke the baby news to his seven children at the family’s Malibu home in late April, sources told The ENQUIRER for our exclusive front-page story.

"In late April, Mel gathered his children at the family home in Malibu and broke the news that Oksana is pregnant, and he expects them to accept the baby as a new sibling," the Gibson family friend divulged to The ENQUIRER.
"They are quite upset," the source revealed.
"Even though Mel assured them the pregnancy was unplanned, they’re furious with him and say they’re going to take steps to protect their inheritance, which they feel is in jeopardy".
The Oscar winner’s two oldest boys – 26-year-old twins Edward and Christian – will hire an attorney to protect their trust funds and insiders expect estranged wife Robyn will seek more than half of his assets.
