JUSTICE BLINDED as court denies key evidence in trial of accused wife killer DREW PETERSON!

In an outrageous twist of justice, accused wife killer Drew Peterson could walk free – just in time to watch a TV movie about the murder of his third wife and the mysterious disappearance of his fourth!

On July 26, appellate court judges ruled that prosecutors could not use some crucial “secondhand” evidence in their case against Peterson – including testimony from the Rev. Neil Schori, the pastor of Drew’s missing fourth wife, STACY.

The Rev. Schori claims that Stacy confessed to him that she’d lied to give Drew an alibi in the death of his third wife, KATHLEEN SAVIO.

Peterson, 57, a former sergeant with the Bolingbrook, Ill., police department, has been in jail, charged with murder in Kathleen’s 2004 drowning death after her body was exhumed.

He remains the prime suspect in Stacy’s disappearance.

But the appeal court judges decided that the pastor’s testimony will not be allowed into evidence.

“There’s a real possibility that prosecutors will have to drop the case,” Chicago attorney Michael Helfand told The ENQUIRER.
