JUSTICE IS SERVED

description

Jacque MacDonald is a true avenging angel – who relentlessly pursued her daughter’s killer for nearly a decade.

After her beloved daughter Debi Whitlock was brutally murdered in 1988, cops quickly ran out of leads and the baffling case went cold – but Jacque never gave up.

“Everybody thought I was nuts,” says the devoted mom. “But I knew someone, somewhere, knew something, and I vowed I wouldn’t go to my grave without finding justice for Debi.”

Debi’s stepdaughter, author Angela Dove, who has just published a book on the amazing case, said: “Time after time, Jacque was told to ‘get over it’ and ‘move on with your life,’ but she wouldn’t.

“Incredibly, her amazing persistence paid off.”

For nine years, tireless Jacque plastered Debi’s picture on billboards, pizza boxes, buses and even shopping carts – offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to her killer.

“Jacque MacDonald did a heck of a job,” said Modesto, Calif., Assistant Police Chief Mike Harden. “She never gave up, and thanks to her remarkable efforts, we were finally able to solve the case.

“The killer, a petty burglar named Scott Fizzell, is serving a sentence of 31 years-to-life in a California prison for Debi’s murder. And it’s all because of Jacque.”
