Beyonce wants to kick male butt onscreen as iconic DC super-heroine.
"I want to do a superhero movie and what would be better than Wonder Woman?" Beyonce told LA Times.
"It would be great. And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It’s time for that, right?"
Beyonce claims to have met with Warner and DC honchos to toss her tiara into the truth-ensnaring lasso of wanna-be WWs.
The R&B thrush says she first became enthralled with the Amazonian princess when first viewing the 1970s TV series that made Lynda Carter a household name.
"The superhero movies now, they’re not corny, not corny at all," Beyonce explained to those living in a cave in recent years.
"And I would love if it could be Wonder Woman."
Meanwhile there’s a whole phalanx of fans who want Megan Fox as their Wonder Woman.
