Vincent “Don Vito” Margera passed away on Sunday morning—with millions mourning the MTV star while the press ignored his history as a sexual predator!

Margera became famous for his antics on the popular MTV show “Jackass,” where he would help his nephew Bam Margera (pictured on right) play pranks and attempt outrageous stunts—including drinking games that would leave him vomiting on-camera while the younger ‘Jackass’ crew laughed hysterically.

But his fame soured on August 18, 2006, during an appearance to sign autographs at a mall in Colorado.

Police later arrested him for groping two 12-year-old girls during the event.

During a preliminary hearing on Febuary 1, 2007, arresting office Melissa Mayne took the stand to say that Margera called her a “psycho bitch.” She also said that Margera had accused the two female officers of only arresting him so that they could force him to perform oral sex acts.

The criminal trial in October of 2007 included a witness noting that one of the girls was clearly “shocked” at being attacked by Margera—and the prosecutor revealed that Margera “was so intoxicated that he peed his pants while with these children.”

In addition to groping the two 12-year-old girls, Margera was also charged with molesting a 14-year-old. Another 14-year-old girl told police that witnesses were wrong about saying that she had been groped by Margera, despite an incriminating photo of the incident from the underage teen’s own cell phone being titled, “Don Vito Grab T–ty.” (That would later be a charge that was dismissed.)

One of the 12-year-old girls, however, provided damaging testimony, and told the court that Margera grabbed her breast and said, “Big boob.”

On October 31, 2007, Margera was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a minor. Upon hearing the ruling, Margera collapsed to the courthouse floor while shouting: “Just kill me now!”

The perverted reality-show star still ended up just serving a sentence of 10 years under probation, but with terms that prohibited him from capitalizing on his fame as “Don Vito” for a decade.

Margera wouldn’t live long enough to attempt a comeback, and passed away on November 15 from kidney and liver failure after a month of being in a coma. He looked much older during his final years.
