A day after DONALD TRUMP forced PRESIDENT OBAMA to release his long-form birth certificate, he became the king of the Republican contenders in the minds of potential voters.
In a new poll released April 28 by Rasumssen Reports, Trump topped the poll with 19 percent! Following were former Gov. Mitt Romney of Mass. With 17 percent, former Ark. Gov. Mike Huckabee with 15 percent; former U.S. House speaker Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin, tied at 9 percent.
"I think if I do run I'll do very well," Trump said Wednesday. "Look, I'm already leading the polls and I'm not running."
As for forcing the birth certificate issue, Trump told CNN, "I got him to do something nobody else could get him to do, and I’ve been given great credit for that."
