T ori Spelling’s recent hospitalization has friends terrified the reality TV star could be battling a deadly brain tumor!

Adding to their concern, the stressed-out mother of four has exhibited off-kilter behavior in the past year, pals tell The National ENQUIRER.

“She’s not the Tori she used to be,” said one source. “She’s been in and out of hospitals with various complaints, including dizziness.

“Something’s going on with her.”

Experts agree the dire brain tumor diagnosis is a real possibility, especially after Tori, 41, was hospitalized for severe bronchitis, sinusitis and possible pneumonia.

“Sinusitis has the potential to spread rapidly into the brain, leading to such frightening conditions as meningitis and brain abscesses, both of which can be fatal,” internist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Tori, told The ENQUIRER.

The former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. on Oct. 18 after passing out while filming her Lifetime reality show “True Tori.”

While she was hospitalized, tests “would be necessary to rule out more serious conditions like brain cancer or benign tumors,” Dr. Fischer said.As The ENQUIRER has reported, Tori’s been battling to save her eight-year marriage to Dean McDermott, 47, after he was caught in a sex romp with mistress Emily Goodhand, 28, in Toronto last December.
