SOMERS RIP-OFF LAWSUIT

Fitness guru SUZANNE SOMERS is being accused of ripping off investors in a nasty lawsuit soon headed for trial in a Kentucky courtroom.

The former Three's Company TV sex symbol and former Kentucky Gov. John Y. Brown conned investors into believing they were opening a chain of food stores called Suzanne's Kitchen, charges the lawsuit.

The firs twas to open in Lexington, and financial backers were told that it would quickly grow into a highly profitable national operation, thanks to 64-year-old Suzanne's involvement - and enthusiastic investors forked over between $750,000 and $1 million, according to the legal action.

"Somers and Brown were involved in fraudulent activity," charges W. Craig Robertson, attorney for John Shannon Bouchillon, who lost $400,000 in the deal.
