"She did have an infection in her mouth, and that’s why she had emergency tooth surgery this week," her attorney Yale Galanter revealed.

It is unknown whether this will affect Brooke’s ability to appear in court Friday in relation to the couple’s domestic abuse case after her 911 call Xmas morning that landed bad boy hubby Chaz behind bars.
