The fur was really flying when Project Runway season 5 finalist Kenley Collins used her cat as a weapon during a domestic dispute.
The designer with a penchant for pin-up girl looks was arrested in Brooklyn after allegedly attacking her fiancé Zak Penley with a laptop, apples and her own cat!
Kenley was charged with two counts of assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, according to authorities.
“It was a miscommunication,” Kenley told The New York Post after getting released without bail from Brooklyn Supreme Court on Wednesday morning. “Fights happen, and that’s that.”
Kenley returned to her Brooklyn home to pack up her stuff along with a police escort. She claims, “Zak blew this out of proportion in the police report. It was a break-up that went badly. He got what he wanted. I broke up with him. I just thought that we weren’t ready to get married.”
