Dutch tab says convicted killer JORAN VAN DER SLOOT has impregnanted a woman in Lima, Peru while behind bars.
De Telegraf quoted Van der Sloot's lawyer Maximo Altes as saying the pregnancy is now enterting its fourth month, and Van der Sloot himself confirmed the baby news in a telephone call.
The mystery lover, identified by the paper only as "Leidi," was reputed to get knocke dup during an unsupervised visit with Van der Sloot.
van der Sloot, who is serving a 28-year-sentence for murdering Stefany Flores in 2010 in Peru.
Van Der Sloot remains the prime suspect in the disappearance of an American teen in Aruba in 2002.
He may be able to escape extradition to the US if he obtains Peruvian citizineship.
