Alleged drug dealer and ex-con Real Housewives of New Jersey Danelle Staub halts sex tape leak.
The 46 year old reality show performer with a more than checkered past caught a break when a judge issued a restraining order preventing her ex BF Steve Zalewsk, 27, for selling a steamy sex tape she claimed she knew nothing about.
Needless to say as more allegations about Staub’s lurid past surfaced the show’s ratings surged to a record 5 million viewers as the "wives" battled.
Previously she was revealed to have lived a criminal life under her real name of Beverly Ann Merrill during the 1980s. An ex-hubby who turned stoolie for the Feds unearthed more of Staub’s past life in book Cop Without a Badge.
The other housewives on the show confronted her about more damning allegations that she was mixed up in a drug, kidnapping conspiracy which Staub brushed off as trivial.
But The SmokingGun.Com was able to unearth the real documents in the case and Staub’s involvement is alleged to be more than trivial — reportedly serving as courier for a reputed Colombian drug cartel associate in 1986.
Allegedly, she was supposed to deliver a $24,000 kilo of coke to a buyer, according to the records, but was robbed by thugs.
