PETER FONDA at war with DOLCE & GABANNA over “EASY RIDER” tees.

Fonda, 73, who produced and starred in the 1969 counter culture classic Easy Rider, filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles last week.

He’s livid over the high fashion Italo line selling T-shirts with his name and photo without permission.

Not content to sit back and light up a fattie, this rebel WITH a cause is also suing Nordstrom for selling the tees depicting him in a black and white still from the film.

The tops pop for $295 each.

In the lawsuit Fonda claims he has "suffered injuries to his peace, happiness, feelings, goodwill, reputation, image, loss of fair market value of his services, and dilution of his current and future publicity value,"  WWD reported.

Fonda is seeking $6 million in reparation for punitive damages, legal fees AND for Nordstrom and Dolce & Gabbana to surrender any profits they made off the merchandise the actor charges they sold without his authorization.
