Sean Penn decides to stay with Robin.
Weeks after filing a motion for a legal separation of 13 years the Oscar winner, 48, has withdrawn his request from Marin County Superior Court.
Robin Wright-Penn had 30 days to respond to Sean’s April 24th filing but didn’t.
Robin who’s busy tripping the light fantastic as a juror at the Cannes Film Festival in France issued a no comment through her rep.
This isn’t the first time the Penns thought better of splitting.
They were ready for D-I-V-O-R-C-E in 2007 but made up.
Pals think Sean filed in a snit of anger that soon passed.
"They love each other like crazy but they fight like crazy," a Penn pal divulged.
