MARIAH CAREY brutally accused in bombshell lawsuit filed by her former live-in nanny.

In a sizzling lawsuit filed by the diva’s former live in nanny filed in Federal Court today in New York City, Simeonette Da Costa claims she was forced to work 100 hour weeks with no over-time pay off.

In the filing Da Costa says she went to work for Mariah and her estranged hubby Nick Cannon in October 2013.

“Plaintiff was always behind the scenes and often by Ms. Carey’s side,” Da Costa’s filing said, asserting she was there 24/7 taking care of her then-client’s needs.

She says she was paid $6,000 – $7,200 per month month — but didn’t see a dime of overtime.

Da Costa claims there was plenty of THAT.

According to the filing, “Plaintiff was on duty during all hours of each 24 hour day with no entitlement for breaks, for meals, and even for sleep. Indeed, Ms. Carey would often call plaintiff at hours in the middle of the night and demand to be taken to her children or to be updated on the status of her children.

“Ms. Carey would not tolerate any delay when she called and plaintiff had to attend to her every demand, spontaneous or otherwise.”

Da Costa, who was fired by Carey in Jan. 2014, is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit.

Mariah’s lawyers have yet to respond publicly to the former nanny’s lawsuit.
