MURDER MOM BULIMIC DIET

Casey Anthony has become bulimic as she prepares to face the public in her murder trial, say sources.

"Casey was worried that she was putting on weight in jail, and she’s obviously determined to look her best when she takes center stage in the courtroom," a source told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview.

"If that means throwing up in her cell, then she’s prepared to do it."

Casey, 23, is behind bars in the Orange County Jail in Orlando, Fla., charged with the murder of her angel-faced daughter Caylee. The 2-year-old’s skeletal remains were found in a wooded area near their home.

Confined to a glass-fronted cell 23 hours a day, Casey has little opportunity to exercise. Not only that, she eats three meals a day and pigs out on junk food from the jail commissary. Documents obtained by The ENQUIRER show that her commissary account consistently has a balance of up to $500 – boosted by regular money orders sent from supporters around the country.

On a single day – April 2 – Casey received $100 from a fan in Defiance, Ohio, and smaller amounts from people in Coachella, Calif., and Dodge City, Kan., jail records show.

On that same day, Casey ordered strawberry Pop Tarts, peanut M&M’s, Swiss rolls, flour tortillas and tortilla chips to eat in her cell.

"Casey must have realized that the only way she could eat all those goodies and stay slim was to start throwing up. It is classic bingeing and purging," said the jail source.

"The toilet is in the back right-hand corner of her cell, and during the night it’s very dimly lit, so no one would see what she was doing. But people have heard her barfing."
