Scandal-plagued Miss California USA Carrie Prejean is hiding a tragic secret – the 21-year-old beauty was physically and emotionally abused as a child, The ENQUIRER has learned.
Court documents from her parents’ bitter, drawn-out divorce allege Carrie was beaten with a belt; shoved into a metal bed frame, which left a scar on her back; grabbed by her cheeks so roughly that her braces cut the inside of her mouth; hit in the back of the head with a shoe and locked out of her house.
Among the thousands of pages of tit-for-tat allegations between parents Wilbert and Francine Prejean is a heart-wrenching, handwritten letter from Carrie’s older sister Chrissy, in which she wrote: "My dad has hit my mom before when they were married and now he hits my little sister (Carrie) with the belt, wich (sic) gives her scars and bruises.
Wilbert also insisted on sleeping in the same room as his two soon-to-be teenage daughters yet owned a five bedroom house!
