The break up was confirmed by Kelly’s rep to media.
While rarely speaking to media about their relationship, Minka was spotted often in the stands at Yankees games and was present for Jeter’s historic 3,000 hit.
The former Friday Night Lights beauty plays Eve French (get it?) in the Angels reboot which preems Sept. 22, on ABC.
