Diminutive actor Vern Troyer who’s best known for playing Mini-Me in the Austin Powers films is suing a celeb website for showing a sex tape — of himself engaged in copious acts of copulation.
Tmz.com has been named in a $20 mill lawsuit by the pint-sided home porn star accusing them of infringing "on his copyright and trademark by running" the tape.
According to Tmz.com, Troyer alleged the site violated "his right to publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness."
The footage of Troyer and a normal sized gal pal was shot at the actor’s hacienda. The sale to Tmz.com was agented by celeb home sex tape specialist Kevin Blatt – the man who gave the world Paris Hilton‘s infamous film ‘debut’ A Night IN Paris.
Troyer alleges the tape was stolen and according to TMZ, Blatt is named as a co-defendant in The Love Guru co-star’s suit.
