Ferris Bueller’s Day Off star Matthew Broderick had an off day riding horses — and ended up being trotted to the hospital with a broken collarbone.
Broderick, 44, wife Sarah Jessica Parker, 41, and their 3-year-old son were vacationing in the Irish village of Kilcar when the actor was hurled from his horse.
“Matthew was writhing in pain, cradling his left arm and wrist,” an eyewitness told The ENQUIRER. Sarah Jessica drove Matthew to a nearby medical clinic.
“Matthew walked into the clinic, but was rolled back out on a stretcher, covered with a red blanket, almost a half-hour later. He was wearing a neck brace and was rushed to Sligo General Hospital. Sarah was frantic.”
