MATTHEW FOX sued for $25,000 by femme bus driver who claims Fox attacked her in boozy smackdown.

According to court documents, Heather Bormann, 29,  charges that the former "Lost" star attempted to  board her party bus outside of a Cleveland bar, demanding he be driven to the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Fox, after being denied passage on the crowded private bus,  allegedly attacked Bormann "with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury and pain," according to the lawsuit.

Bormann said she "instinctively defended herself," hitting Fox back in the face and head.

She claims she injured her left hand and fingers after he allegedly resisted her counterattacks.

In the lawsuit Bormann seeks damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The party may be over for the ex-"Party of Five" star if Bormann gets her way in court.

Meanwhile, Cleveland authorities said today they are not pursuing criminal charges in the incident due to lack of evidence.
