Legendary LIZA MINELLI to guest on SMASH, the Peacock Net confirmed.
Liza, the Oscar, Golden Globe, Grammy, Emmy and Tony Award-winning icon will play herself (natch) in the second season of the hit TV musical drama.
Not only that but the chanteuse will sing an original song with star Christian Borle written by the show’s composer and lyricist team Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman.
Liza with a Z joins a veritable battalion of guest stars that will enliven Smash this year including Jennifer Hudson, Jesse L. Martin and Sean Hayes.
