Actress Lisa Marie‘s palimony suit against ex-fiancée Tim Burton has had a stake driven through its heart.
Lisa Marie who appeared in Burton’s Ed Wood biopic as horror icon Vampira and as a Martian hooker in Mars Attacks! sued the director claiming he cheated her out of bucks based on an alleged agreement.
The former model who posed for Robert Mapplethorpe and appeared in the CK Obsession print adverts met Burton at a Goldfinger’s strip club in New York and bonded over their shared sightings of UFOs.
L M claimed Burton promised her millions after dumping her for Planet of The Apes star Helena Bonham Carter who Burton began dating in 2001 while they were shooting the remake.
The suit was due to hit the dockets but California Court of Appeal officials have dismissed the case.
