Russia went after LINDSAY LOHAN for smoking something legal!
The 28-year-old celeb has been getting in some globetrotting after finally finishing her community service commitments to the law – and almost got busted for lighting a cigarette in a Moscow restaurant.
“We cannot allow anyone to smoke in our restaurant – not even if they are stars, politicians or the president,” said a BOSCO Café spokesman, but Lindsay was still free to just walk out of the place.
