LINDSAY LOHAN was sentenced to 120 days behind bars for probation violation on Friday but bailed out of jail after only a few hours!
Lilo was also ordered to serve more than 400 hours of community service, including 300 hours at a women's center.
Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Holley, said she will appeal the judge’s ruling.
This is the troubled ex-Disney starlet’s 4th time in the big house.
The damning ruling came after Judge Sautner reduced Lohan's grand theft jewelry theft case to a misdemeanor after prosecutors plead their case against the Mean Girls star.
Sautner ruled prosecutors proved Lohan violated her probation on a 2007 drunken driving case.
The judge then refused to dismiss the theft case against Lohan.
"I see the intent here," Sautner said. "I see a level of brazenness with `Let me see what I can get away with here.'"
But Sautner also said she wanted to give the Lohan "an opportunity."
Lohan, 24, had entered a not guilty plea Friday.
However, she may be out in time for the new Gotti bio-pic she just signed to act in.
