LILO BEHIND BARS: DAY ONE

description

An exciting first day for the Cooler Queen as LA Sheriff says LINDSAY LOHAN will be free in 2 weeks! Plus: inmates cheer as she’s led to cell AND Hemingway book CONFISCATED!

As a resolute Lohan began her first day in the slammer, she was cheered by her fellow inmates as she entered her cell.  Her new residency  at Lynwood Correctional Facility had cleared out an entire cellblock to make room for the celeb-u-con.

After a full body cavity search Lindsay was issued an orange jumpsuit.

Dinner?  Yummy jailhouse combo of turkey, apple sauce, broccoli and coleslaw.

Her cell  is located next to that of reality TV starlet Alexis Neiers, who is doing six months for ripping off actor Orlando Bloom as part of the infamous Hollywood “Bling Ring” gang — which also broke into Lohan’s house.  Payback forthcoming?

She also had her first official visitor  – once-and-future lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.

The LA Sheriff’s spokesperson confirmed the ENQUIRER’s report that she’ll be free within 2 weeks.

"She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior."

Part of Lindsay’s good behavior will include arts and crafts and reading.

But, sadly for Lilo, her personal copy of Ernest Hemingway‘s The Old Man & The Sea was seized by authorities.

Lohan can get more books but only if they’re ordered from a reputable on-line dealer and shipped direct to the county jail.

One book she presumably won’t be reading is The Great Escape.
