Testicular cancer survivor Lance Armstrong’s GF expecting!
The cycling great who has been previously linked with Kate Hudson and Sheryl Crowe in the past has latest GF Anna Hansen in a family way.
Armstrong who won the Tour de France seven consecutive years conceived the child naturally, his rep confirmed.
After being diagnosed with testicular cancer he had three in vitro children with ex-wife Kristin after banking his sperm prior to chemo.
Lance is also back in business after announcing his comeback to competitive cycling three years after retiring.
Not only is he planning to mount The Tour de France again in 2009 but but he’ll have a baby on board too!
