Costars Kiristen Bell and Dax Shephard of rom-com floperoo When In Rome do the PR fueled horizontal tango  - they're engaged!

Kristen, 29, showed off the bling on the Grammy red carpet last night, illustrating what her rep already confirmed that they were betrothed.

Bell and Shepard have been dating for a full year.

"I've learned the necessity for healthy communication," Bell said a in a recent interview.

"Your partner should hear your most embarrassing insecurities, because once you say them out loud, you've created a safe zone."

No wedding date has been announced yet for the seemingly happy couple.
