Jon Gosselin signed a secret handwritten deal memo with ex-reporter Kate Major.

RadarOnline.com reports the secret, hand-written contract with former reporter Kate Major validates her claim that she was hired as his personal assistant, would be paid a percentage of his "accounts" and to not talk about their relationship.

A source says that this crude document could be a legal linchpin in Gosselin's ongoing legal battles - especially with Major being deposed to testify in the TLC vs Gosselin breach of contract war.

After a whirlwind romance (i.e. photo-shoot) Jon denied any involvement after Major quit her job over a "conflict of interest" .between her new lover and remaining an "objective reporter".

According to Radar, the contract was written during the weekend the couple made headlines when for a brief shining moment Kate would replace Hailey Glassman as the Hawaiian Eye For the Ladies' new paramour as Kate 2.0-- briefly relegating Gosselin's wife and costar of JK8 to Kate Prime.
