Jon Gosselin is no longer being sued by TLC for breach of contract.
“TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation,” the network said in a statement Wednesday. “All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC. ”
The settlement means the Gosselin family — Jon, his ex-wife Kate and their eight kids — could be headed back to reality TV.
Jon had forbidden TLC from filming Jon & Kate Plus 8 during his legal battle with the network and he also filed a $5-million counter suit claiming TLC damaged his career.
