Now The ENQUIRER has obtained the mugshot of 47-year-old Sam Travolta, Jr. after he was busted with a DUI charge by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office on June 22, 2014.
The official incident report – also obtained by The ENQUIRER – revealed that alert officers were intrigued by the fact that Sam “was only wearing one flip-flop,” with the arrestee explaining that he had lost the other one while walking around earlier in a farmer’s field!
