Marley and Me shut out The Curious Case of Benjamin Button at the box office over the holiday weekend, putting Jennifer Aniston in the top spot over her ex, Brad Pitt!
Jen’s doggy dramedy earned $37 million in ticket sales over Christmas weekend while Brad’s tearjerker only raked in $27 million.
Brad’s Buttons was also bested by Adam Sandler‘s family-friendly flick Bedtime Stories which grossed $28.1 million.
