LA County coroner rules Michael Jackson death a HOMICIDE, according to a law enforcement source.
Associated Press reports that a homicide ruling make it likely criminal charges wil be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray who was present when the King of Pop died unexpectedly June 25.
The Los Angeles County Coroner has determined a fatal combination of drugs including Propofol acting with two other sedatives was administered to Jacko hours before he died, AP reports an anonymous LAPD official as confirming previous ENQUIRER reports.
Jacko death doc, Murray, a Las Vegas cardiologist who also has an office in Houston has been the subject of raids conducted by federal agents working with LAPD and remains the key "person of interest"in the ongoing criminal investigation into Jacko’s death.
According to the Houston police warrant dated July 23 unsealed today, Murray admitted to administering a 25 mg IV drip of Propofol about 10"450 PM PDT after previously injecting Jacko with two other sedatives in an attempt to get the stressed out Jackson to sleep.
He got to sleep finally only to never wake up.
