CHER sought out – and has received – comfort from her debilitating blues with an old, also ailing, flame: VAL KILMER!
Just months after Val was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital over a throat tumor, The National ENQUIRER has learned the “Batman Forever ” star and the “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer are leaning on each other to weather their respective hard times.
“Cher cares very much about him and visited him when he was in the hospital. She’s always been friendly with all her exes. His health and well-being are important to her,” a Cher insider acknowledged.
“Many questions & I’m tired. Been working on something with Val,” the songstress cryptically Tweeted on March 3.
The insider said that could only refer to Kilmer, since “she doesn’t know any other Vals. They’ve been good friends for many years.”
Indeed, it was a 1982 issue of The ENQUIRER that first blew the lid off a budding romance between the well-established star and the then-struggling actor.
