Heroes’ star Hayden Panettiere’s father Alan was busted for felony domestic violence.
Earlier than evening Hayden and her parents attended a fund raiser at Eva Longoria’s Beso eaterie. But at 3 AM, a call went out to cops from the Panettiere compound.
"There was a domestic argument between the mother and father," Sgt. Scott Wolf of the West Hollywood sheriffs office told media.
“He got upset and struck the mother in the face one or two times on the left cheek which caused some bruising. From what I’m told, he hit her with a closed fist.”
Alan Panettiere, 49, was arrested on a felony charge because of “visible signs of injury” on his wife Lisa’s face.
He was later released on $50,000 bail.
