Real-life HAN SOLO saved lives with his amazing flying ace derring-do!

Harrison Ford’s flying history keeps proving he might have the superhero powers of the stars he’s portrayed on the silver screen!

The National ENQUIRER has learned that the pilot of “Star Wars” fame has frequently used his own aircraft to spread flame retardants from above as a volunteer forest firefighter.

Harrison’s also piloted his plane in search of hikers who’ve become lost in the wilderness around his ranch in Wyoming.

In 2000, Harrison was credited for rescuing a mountaineer named Megan Freeman – who’d become overcome by altitude sickness.

That same year also had Harrison saving lost Boy Scout Cody Clawson, who had wandered off a trail.

A close pal of the action star told The ENQUIRER: “He believes he’s a real-life Han Solo – but his adventurous nature makes us all nervous.”

Harrison already survived other near-death mishaps before this horrific crash in California.

In 1999, he was piloting a Bell 206L4 Jet Ranger helicopter when it plummeted out of the sky and crashed into a riverbed. The chopper was heavily damaged, but Harrison walked away unscathed.

Another accident came less than a year later, as a wind gust tossed his single-engine plane off of the runway as he touched down to land.
