HALLMARK SUED BY PARIS HILTON

Paris Hilton is suing Hallmark Cards Inc. for using her likeness, as well as her trademarked catchphrase, "That's hot," without her consent in cards joking about her smarts and jail time.

Hilton filed the lawsuit on Sept. 6, and is seeking unspecified damages to be determined at trial.

In its defense, Hallmark says the cards are parodies, which are protected under fair use law.
