LA County Superior Court Judge gives troubled son of Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett "one more chance".
Judge Scott Millington transferred two felony drug cases against Redmond O’Neal, 24, to a court rehab program. But he warned O’Neal if he blows it this time – as he has at least three times prior – he’s going to prison for at least three years.
Redmond told Millington the judge he was motivated by his mother’s ailing health to try and stay clean. He said Fawcett weighs approximately 86 pounds and that he is ashamed of himself for recent relapses.
His mother was recently released from a hospital after suffering complications from a medical procedure in Germany. The Charlie’s Angels star and ex – girl friend of Ryan O’Neal is suffering from anal cancer.
"I’m just really upset with myself," O’Neal stated during the hearing.
Neither parent attended the hearing today.
