Legendary singer ETTA JAMES hospitalized with blood poisoning!
James, 73, admitted to hospital in Riverside, California,with a urinary tract infection and the blood infection sepsis, her son Sametto James told media.
"It was a really bad infection," James said.
"Right now she's doing a lot better."

James has struggled with obesity as well as drug addiction in the past.
In 2003, she underwent gastric bypass surgery.
