It was a repeat performance for Mad Men and 30 Rock at Sunday night’s 61st Primetime Emmy Awards as the shows took top honors for the second year in a row.
Comedy winners included Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men), Alec Baldwin (30 Rock), Toni Collette (United States of Tara) and Kristin Chenoweth (Pushing Daises). Kristin was so excited to win about her win that she fell ill with a migraine and had to be checked out by paramedics!
Meanwhile, on the drama side, the winners included Brian Cranston (Breaking Bad), Glenn Close (Damages), Cherry Jones (24) and Michael Emerson (Lost).
Hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, the awards show featured musical numbers and A-List celebs like Justin Timberlake, Drew Barrymore and a very pregnant Heidi Klum.
