From beyond the grave, “The Duke” is endorsing GOP frontrunner Donald Trump for president!
Some 37 years after the death of the tough-as-nails actor, John Wayne’s daughter, Aissa Wayne, declared there’s no candidate better than the 69-year-old billionaire businessman to reclaim our nation’s glory.
“America needs help,” said Aissa, speaking at her dad’s Birthplace Museum in Winterset, Iowa, on Jan. 19.

“We need a strong leader. We need someone like Mr. Trump with leadership qualities, someone with courage, someone who is strong like John Wayne!”
The late actor, a staunch Republican who starred in a number of classic westerns, died of stomach cancer at age 72 in 1979.
Donald, who once met the Hollywood legend, said: “He represented real strength — an inner strength that you don’t see very often. That’s why this endorsement meant so much to me.”
