DJ AM WANTS $20 MIL

DJ AM is seeking $20 million in damages stemming from the plane crash he survived seven months ago.

According to court papers filed on Friday, March 13, DJ AM is seeking $10 million for medical expenses, lost earnings, profits and economic damages and $10 million related to non-economic losses, such as mental and physical pain, for a total of $20 million.

Nicole Richie‘s ex, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, is suing the plane’s manufacturer Learjet, the charter company, Goodyear tire and the estates of the pilots for the plane crash in South Carolina last September. Four passengers on board were killed.

Rocker Travis Barker, who also survived the crash, is also suing over the crash.
