"Demi and Ricky have been getting very flirty recently," a source told RadarOnline.com.

Ricky, best known for his hit single, No Means No, is currently in Los Angeles and is keen on landing a getting a date with the 49-year-old heartthrob BUT not just for some uglies bumping.
