"Get OFF my couch and OUT of my life!"
With those angry words, Lost beauty Emilie de Ravin demanded soon-to-be ex-husband Josh Janowicz move out of their Los Angeles home.
The Australian blonde – who filed for divorce in June – has been trying to kick out the struggling actor for months, but he hasn’t budged and appears determined to live off her income, say sources.
"Emilie is at her wit’s end with Josh," one pal told The ENQUIRER. "The split was amicable at first, but Josh has become the unmovable object.
"She’s already moved on emotionally, but she’s hampered when she tries to date new guys because Josh is still living at the house."
Emilie asked Josh to be moved out by the time she finished filming her latest movie, Remember Me with Robert Pattinson, in New York. But when she arrived back home in California, he was still there.
Now Emilie is so fed up she’s ready to throw his clothes in the yard and change the locks, adds the pal.
"She’s finally playing hardball and has told him, ‘We’re no longer a couple so quit acting like we’re one. Get off my couch and out of my life!’"
Emilie and Josh, both 27, married in June 2006 in an intimate ceremony in Melbourne, Australia – but insiders say there was trouble from the very beginning, and it only grew worse as time went on.
"Emilie felt Josh had become more of a sponging house guest than a husband," confided the pal. "When they got married, they were both determined to make it big as actors.
"But ever since Emilie made a name for herself, Josh seems to have pretty much given up.
"Emilie just thinks he is lazy and wants to live off her money, and she’s had it – she wants him gone ASAP."
