Funnyman Dane Cook not laughing.
His half brother Darryl McCauley indicted by grand jury for allegedly ripping off millions from the zany one.
According to the prosecution, McCauley wrote himself a check for $3 million from his Dane’s checking account.
McCauley is alleged to have embezzled the funds while Dane was paying him $12,500 a month to be his business manager.
Authorities have charged McCauley with 8 counts of larceny, forgery, and forgery by continous scheme.
McCauley has denied any wrong doing, natch.
