WEDDING bells are about to ring for “Cosby” kid Keshia Knight Pulliam – who played adorable, little Rudy Huxtable – and she wants a very special gift.
To make her big day perfect, the first-time bride wants TWO dads to walk her down the aisle – her real dad, who is her manager, AND her TV dad Bill Cosby, a source told The ENQUIRER.
Keshia, 34, has fallen head over heels for 40-year-old Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan, who’s best known as host of the BET shows “106 & Park” and “Rap City.”
“Our love life is awesome,” Darian recently gushed to a reporter.
But Keisha still has a place in her heart for another guy – 76-year-old Cosby, who played her dad, Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable, on the iconic sitcom, which ran for eight seasons.
“Keshia’s stayed close to Bill and talks to him often,” an insider told The ENQUIRER. “She respects him and values his advice, and they’ve developed a close friendship. Keshia doesn’t want to slight her parents, but she would love it if Bill could walk her down the aisle in a symbolic gesture along with her own father. It would make her special day even more special.”
Keshia’s career sputtered after “Cosby” ended in 1992, but she’s been getting back on track in the past few years and says she’s now seeking “new challenges.”
In 2009, she played a heroin-addicted prostitute in Tyler Perry’s “Madea Goes to Jail,” and she also appeared as a regular on “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.” Earlier this year, she failed to make a “Splash” on the ABC diving competition and was eliminated during the show’s March 19 premiere.
“But now she’s ready to dive into a new life with a new man,” said the insider. “A blessing from Cosby would be the icing on the cake.”
