Jon Gosselin hardballs TLC — "You can film my kids again if you drop your lawsuit against me!"
RadarOnline.com reports the former reality show dad is facing an expensive trial as TLC pursues its breach of contract claim against him.
The prestigious law firm Williams & Connolly representing TLC has won a preliminary injunction against Gosselin, prohibiting him from engaging in behavior that violates the non-compete clause in his contract.
With no boozy appearances with bikini babes at cocktail lounges and casinos in his future the strapped for cash octo-dad is ready to cut a deal.
He’s hoping to get TLC to drop the lawsuit by allowing them permission to film his children again. But according to insiders Jon will never be back on TLC.
"You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon," a production insider said. "And there’s no guarantee that will happen either."
Mr. Gosselin, with your 15 minutes long gone but maybe it’s time to get a job – a real job – how about soda jerk?
