SHANNEN DOHERTY was anything but charming on the set of “Charmed” — and that’s why she won’t be missed now that she’s parted ways with her TV show, The ENQUIRER has learned.
The actress’ behavior was often obnoxious and her feuding with co-star Alyssa Milano so bitter, sources say, that members of the crew and cast couldn’t wait for her to leave.
“Shannen has been a nightmare to work with since the show began and this season has been the worst,” a show insider told The ENQUIRER. “She has been demanding and rude, yelling at people on the set.”
This is the second time Shannen, 30, has left a Spelling show. The first was in 1994, when she was kicked off “Beverly Hills, 90210” for “creative differences.”

Last month Shannen pleaded no contest to a drunk driving charge.
“Charmed” put out a press release stating, “We have had a long and prosperous relationship with Shannen and we didn’t want to hold her back from what she wanted to do.”
“But the truth is most people couldn’t wait to get rid of her,” a source close to the show told The ENQUIRER. “Now the show is hunting for a replacement for her.”
Another source told The ENQUIRER: “She thinks of herself as a major television star and her big head always gets her in trouble. She was the same way on ‘90210.’ “
